Cozy Cruise Giveaway – Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of the host organization are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST and ends on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST. All entries must be received within the specified timeframe to be eligible.

4. How to Enter: To be eligible to win, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

• Loyalty Membership: Be a loyalty rewards member enrolled in our program with an active email address on file.
• Follow: Follow our official Facebook page at Port of Galveston Cruise Parking Facebook Page.
• Comment: Comment on the official giveaway post sharing what your favorite thing about fall is.

5. Prize Details: One (1) winner will receive a cozy fall prize package valued at over $250.

• Grand Prize Item: One (1) set of Classic Cariloha Bamboo Sheets in the winner’s choice of size (Twin, Full, Queen, or King) to meet their specific needs.
• Additional Items: Includes a curated selection of cozy fall items.
• Important Note on Display: The physical basket or container shown in promotional displays is NOT included in the prize and is for display purposes only. Only the items within the basket are included in the prize package. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries that successfully complete all entry requirements.
• Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on Friday, October 30, 2026, after 3:00 PM CST (Note: You may want to double-check this date, as October 31 falls the next day on Saturday; if the announcement should happen after the giveaway fully closes, let me know and we can adjust it to November!).
• The winner will be notified via direct message or social media comment. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, or is found ineligible/not enrolled in the loyalty program, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Scam Warning & Security: The host will never ask you for credit card information, bank details, or payment of any kind to claim your prize. Please remain vigilant against impersonator accounts and verify you are communicating with the official page.
