Port of Galveston “Free Parking for a Year” Giveaway
Official Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Port of Galveston, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
2. The Prize: One (1) winner will receive Free Cruise Parking for one (1) year.
· Term: The 12-month period begins on Friday, March 27, 2026, and expires on March 26, 2027.
· Usage: The winner may park for as many cruise sailings as they wish within this 12-month timeframe as long as the winner is a documented passenger of the cruise sailing.
· No Exceptions: The prize must be used within the specified dates. No extensions, credits, or cash substitutions will be provided for unused time or missed opportunities.
· Documentation: The Port of Galveston will require documentation that names the winner as a passenger in the sailing for any parking being redeemed.
· This Giveaway holds no cash value.
3. Prize Restrictions & Rules: To ensure fair and proper use of the prize, the following rules apply:
· Single User: The prize is non-transferable. Only the registered winner may utilize the free parking.
· Single Vehicle: Free parking is limited to one (1) single vehicle per cruise sailing.
· Personal Use Only: This prize is intended for personal use and may not be resold, assigned, or used for commercial purposes.
4. Tracking & Reservations: The winner’s reservations will be managed and monitored via the Port of Galveston’s in-house tracking system.
· Unique QR Code: For every reservation made under this prize, the winner will receive a unique QR code. This code must be presented at the time of entry for each individual cruise.
· Each QR code is valid for a single use and is tied to the winner’s specific reservation and vehicle.
· The winner must follow the designated booking process to ensure the “free” status is applied. Failure to do so may result in standard parking charges which will not be refunded.
5. Right of Termination: The Port of Galveston reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke or terminate the winner’s free parking privileges if:
· The winner is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
· The winner fails to abide by the standard Rules and Regulations of the Port of Galveston.
· There is any evidence of fraud, duplication of QR codes, or misuse of the tracking system.
6. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Port of Galveston and its representatives from any liability or loss occurring from the participation in this giveaway or the use of the prize. All Port of Galveston standard parking lot policies (liability for theft/damage, etc.) remain in full effect for the use of any Port of Galveston parking facilities.

March 2026 Giveaway: Lucky You Giveaway (7 Day Parking Voucher Winner)
Welcome to our March Giveaway Series! To keep things fair and legal, please review the official rules below. By participating, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility & Requirements
To be eligible to win, participants must meet the following criteria at the time of the drawing:
Facebook Engagement: You must be a current follower of our official Port of Galveston Cruise Parking Facebook page.
Loyalty Membership: You must be an active member of our Loyalty Rewards Program with active email address.
Age: Open only to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Giveaway Schedule
Winners will be selected and the specific prize for that date will be revealed on the following Fridays:
Friday, March 13, 2026 10am
Friday, March 20, 2026 10am
Friday, March 27, 2026 10am
- Time and date subject to change at the Giveaway Administrator’s Discretion.
3. How to View the Winner & Prize Reveal
We are doing something special for the reveal! To see if you’ve won and to find out what the prize of the day is, you must tune in to our website:
Where: The Live CruiseCam for Cruise Terminal 16.
When: 10:00 AM CST on each of the dates listed above.
4. Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes
Announcement: Winners will be announced on our Facebook page on the day of the giveaway as well as a live feed on our Terminal 16 CruiseCam.
Direct Contact: We will also send a notification to the email address associated with your Loyalty Rewards account.
Claim Period: Winners have 72 hours from the time of the reveal to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this window, it will be forfeited.
5. General Rules
No Purchase Necessary: A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

NEVER Share Personal Information: The Port of Galveston will NEVER ask the winner or any entrant to provide personal or sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, bank details, or social security numbers, to claim a prize.
Beware of Scammers: Be aware of fraudulent “winner” announcements or profiles. The winner will only be contacted by the official Port of Galveston Facebook Page.
Report Suspicious Activity: Please flag and report any suspicious comments, messages, or followers posing as Port of Galveston immediately.
