1. Giveaway Period

Start Date: Saturday , January 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST).

End Date: Friday, January 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon) CST.

The Sponsor’s (Port of Galveston Cruise Parking) designated clock will be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Age: Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residency: Must be a legal resident of the United States.

Exclusions: Employees of the Port of Galveston and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

This giveaway is only run on the official Port of Galveston Cruise Parking Facebook Page.

3. How to Enter

To be officially entered into the Giveaway (one entry per person), participants must complete the following mandatory steps on the official Port of Galveston Facebook Giveaway post during the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow the official Port of Galveston Cruise Parking Facebook Page.

2. Like the official Port of Galveston Cruise Parking Giveaway post.

3. Comment on the official Giveaway post your New Year Resolution for 2026.

Note: You may be encouraged to like and follow the page, but only the comment on the post will be tracked for the random draw. Entrants do not need to share the post or tag friends to enter.

4. Prize Details

Two (2) Winners will be selected to receive the following prize package:

One (1) $100 Academy Gift Card.

Port of Galveston Swag (exact items determined by the Sponsor).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 + value of swag.

Prize Terms: The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner Selection: Two (2) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries (comments) received during the Giveaway Period.

Notification: The potential winners will be notified via a comment reply on their entry and/or a Facebook Direct Message from the official Port of Galveston Cruise Parking Facebook Page shortly after the closing date.

Claiming Prize: The potential winners must respond to the notification and claim their prize within three (3) days of initial contact. If the prize is unclaimed, the winner is ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Important Safety and Privacy Notice

NEVER Share Personal Information: The Port of Galveston will NEVER ask the winner or any entrant to provide personal or sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, bank details, or social security numbers, to claim a prize.

Beware of Scammers: Be aware of fraudulent “winner” announcements or profiles. The winner will only be contacted by the official Port of Galveston Facebook Page.

Report Suspicious Activity: Please flag and report any suspicious comments, messages, or followers posing as Port of Galveston immediately.
