Giveaway Rules and Details

1. Giveaway Period
- Start Date: Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT).
- End Date: Monday, August 31, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon) CDT.
- The Sponsor’s (Port of Galveston Cruise Parking) designated clock will be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Residency: Must be a legal resident of the United States.
- Account Requirement: Must be a Port of Galveston Loyalty Rewards Member.
- Exclusions: Employees of the Port of Galveston and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- This giveaway is only run on the official Port of Galveston Cruise Parking Facebook Page.
3. How to Enter
To be officially entered into the Giveaway (one entry per person), participants must complete the following mandatory steps on the official Port of Galveston Facebook Giveaway post during the Giveaway Period:
- Be an active Port of Galveston Loyalty Rewards Member.
- Follow the official Port of Galveston Cruise Parking Facebook Page.
- Comment on the official Giveaway post sharing what your favorite thing is to buy at Buc-ee’s.
4. Prize Details
Three (3) lucky winners will each be selected to receive the following prize package:
- One (1) $200 Buc-ee’s Gift Card.
- Port of Galveston Swag (exact items determined by the Sponsor).
Prize Terms: The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winner Selection: Three (3) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
- Notification: Potential winners will be notified via a comment reply on their entry and/or a Facebook Direct Message or email provided on Loyalty Rewards Membership from the official Port of Galveston Cruise Parking Facebook Page shortly after the closing date.
- Claiming Prize: Potential winners must respond to the notification and claim their prize within three (3) days of initial contact. If a prize is unclaimed, the winner is ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Important Safety and Privacy Notice
- NEVER Share Personal Information: The Port of Galveston will NEVER ask winners or any entrant to provide personal or sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers, bank details, or social security numbers, to claim a prize.
- Beware of Scammers: Be aware of fraudulent “winner” announcements or impersonator profiles. Winners will only be contacted by the official Port of Galveston Facebook Page.
- Report Suspicious Activity: Please flag and report any suspicious comments, messages, or followers posing as Port of Galveston immediately.
