Wharf Road Improvements, 20th Street – 23rd Street

OVERVIEW

Third phase of the development of an interior roadway throughout the port-managed property. Wharf Road will be extended from 20^th Street to 23^rd Street through the existing commercial area of the port. Development includes removal of an existing railroad line, constructing a two-lane roadway, improvements to existing drainage, replacement/relocation of existing utilities, and installation of directional and informational signage.
