Instructions : Please fill out the Employee Relief Form and send to Bernie Curran at bacurran@portofgalveston.com. Bernie will forward the form to Mr. Cernak for futher action. There is limited funds in the AAPA Employee Relief Fund, however, they can and will consider requests of up to $1,000 for immediate relief of employees in need.
