Note: The above charges for parking apply to vehicles occupying a single standard car parking space (81/2’ X 18’). Vehicles, such as buses or large campers, occupying two or more parking spaces will be charged double the above rates. All cruise passengers are guaranteed a place to park. Cash Travelers Checks and Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted at the Port of Galveston Official Parking Lots.
ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS
Disabled Vets and Purple Heart Recipients: Free parking will be offered upon arrival to applicable persons with valid documentation from the US Government stating that they are a disabled Military Veteran or Purple Heart recipient and a picture ID. Acceptable forms of proof are: DD214, Dept. of Veteran’s Affairs Service Connected ID Card, or Vehicle Registration with Disabled Veteran or Purple Heart designation. Must be presented at the time of arrival. No refunds will be issued after the fact.
Travel Agents: One free parking space will be offered to Travel and Cruise Agents with a valid and unexpired IATA or CLIA card and a picture ID. This offer is limited to one parking space per cardholder. Must be presented at the time of arrival. No refunds will be issued after the fact.
Groups of 10 or More Cars:

- Group discounts are available when paying-in-advance 10 days prior to cruise day on 10 vehicles or more.

Please access Directions to Cruise Terminals to determine how to get to Cruise Terminals No. 1 for Carnival Cruise Lines and No. 2 for Royal Caribbean International. Princess Cruises will alternate between Terminals No. 1 and No. 2. See Cruise Calendars for specifics.
For safety, security and passenger convenience, proceed directly to The Texas Cruise Ship Terminals on Galveston Island® (Terminal No. 1 and Terminal No. 2) to drop off passengers and baggage. Porters will assist you with your baggage and Police Officers will direct the driver to the appropriate parking lot for that day. All Official Port of Galveston Parking Lots are secure and patrolled 24 hours per day by the Port of Galveston Police Department.

- Baggage/Luggage is Unloaded Curbside at Terminal to Parking for Passenger Convince
- Free Shuttle Buses provide transportation from Official Port of Galveston Parking Lots to the Cruise Terminals.
- Luggage drop-off at parking lots is provided on a limited basis unless indicated on parking lot signage. For faster service, drop off luggage and passengers at terminal first.
- When returning, passengers have the option of taking their luggage and traveling companions to parking lots or having companions and luggage remain curbside and returning to pick them up after retrieving their vehicle. The Port of Galveston provides both luggage and non-luggage shuttles for passenger convenience.
Transportation from Official Port of Galveston Parking Lots to the Cruise Terminal is Provided by Free Shuttle Buses. Luggage drop-off at parking lots is not provided unless indicated on parking lot signage.
Cash, Travelers Checks and Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted at Port of Galveston Official Parking Lots.
